You will be working with clients ranging from household names to national and regional businesses with a focus on the retail and consumer sector and data protection matters.
The team deal with a wide range of commercial matters including contracts, supply chains, online trading, consumer relations and brand protection matters. You will also work closely with the corporate team providing expertise and support where needed to undertake due diligence in M&A transactions.
This is a great opportunity for a commercial solicitor to join this vibrant team in Exeter. In addition to joining a great firm and advising on complex work this department can and do offer secondment opportunities.
