An established and reputable firm in Tunbridge Wells is looking for an experienced Property Lawyer to join its busy team.
This practice is considering conveyancing solicitors, legal executives and licensed conveyancers with over 2 years’ PQE in residential and ideally some commercial conveyancing.
You will manage your own caseload which will consist of a broad range of conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, remortgages, rental agreements, transfer of ownership, commercial leases and lease renewals.
This would suit an ambitious property lawyer who would like to develop their career as this is a realistic route to partnership.
