An opportunity for a Residential Property Lawyer has become available in Pontefract with a L500 firm.
To be considered for this role, you must be a Solicitor or a Licensed Conveyancer.

The directors have recently invested in technology, marketing and resources which result in continued growth of the business.
Due to the continued expansion of the Residential Property team, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and passionate residential property lawyer to work alongside the Director of Property, two experienced solicitors and a great team of support staff. The successful candidate will have responsibility for their own workload with one of the key objectives to contribute towards the development and growth of the department.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Day to day handling of property transactions
· Running your own caseload
· Conduct of matters on behalf of clients
· Working as part of the team
· Participation in marketing and business development activities
You must be an experienced Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with the ability to work under pressure to meet the deadlines to be considered for this role.
