A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a residential conveyancing solicitor to join a small but thriving high street firm in Sutton Coldfield. This position offers plenty of autonomy for you to grow and develop this busy team.
This firm has a fantastic reputation built over the course of the last thirty years, and due to the move of a senior solicitor, the firm is looking to appoint a residential conveyancing solicitor with at least five years’ experience to join the department. There is already an existing and busy caseload to come into and the role offers the opportunity to bring along a conveyancing assistant with you. The firm is ideally looking for a ready-made team who can slot in and develop its Sutton Coldfield offering.
The work they do is local, good quality residential conveyancing work, steering away from the volume and panel residential conveyancing market. The firm is a small traditional high street firm with no case management software in place at present, though they have a fantastic reputation for delivering an excellent client service. This position would suit somebody who works well when given plenty of autonomy and is comfortable in a traditional working environment. Somebody with knowledge of the local area would be advantageous.
The firm will hire a conveyancing assistant to work alongside you, or you could bring with you your current conveyancing assistant who would be dedicated purely to assisting you with your workload.
This is a traditional practice looking for a hardworking, ambitious solicitor due to succession planning.
