As the firm continues to grow, it is now expanding the dedicated team of IP professionals with the addition of a Patent Litigation Associate.
Within your role you will work on a broad range of patent litigation work including mechanical, biotech, FRAND and licensing disputes, providing you with a varied caseload. However, the firm encourages its fee earners to specialise in their own preferred area in order to optimise their knowledge and expertise.
This highly important role is ideal for someone with 2 – 5 years’ PQE, experience in Life Sciences or Technology would be highly advantages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for working closely with a wide range of clients, as well as communicating with your fellow fee earners within your team. Flawless time management skills are vital within the role in order to prioritise tasks and meet important deadlines.
