This leading Legal 100 law firm in Southampton has a proven track record for success and are looking for an Employment Solicitor at Associate level to join a busy Employment team handling both contentious and non-contentious matters for claimants and respondents. You will be handling your own caseload that includes termination of Employment, disputes & employment tribunal claims, discrimination, bullying & harassment at work, employment contracts, redundancy and restructuring and reorganisation. You will act for a range of businesses including multi-nationals, house-hold names, and regulatory organisations. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support required to climb the career ladder.
Your role as an Employment Associate Solicitor will involve:
- Handing your own caseload of contentious and non- contentious matters
- Technical excellence, handling both claimant and respondent employment matters
- Being able to business develop and network, to gain new clients
- A clear career path from the outset
