If you have experience in ensuring all patent, trademark, and design deadlines are met, this includes managing deadlines using Inprotech, managing schedules and client reports, as well as filing new documents, processing correspondence, ensuring cases have been booked to the relevant Fee Earner and assisting a Formalities team as well as Partners and Technical Assistants, then we want to hear from you.

This role requires you to have a proactive and highly organised approach to work, as well as excellent communication skills.
Proficient understanding and use of Inprotech software, along with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel are essential.
