A well-respected law firm with offices throughout the East Midlands and South Yorkshire is seeking a Legal Secretary to join its Conveyancing department in Doncaster.
As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you will be joining a friendly and supportive Conveyancing team, where you will provide secretarial support to one experienced Solicitor alongside a Legal Assistant. Your key responsibilities will include opening files, post completion duties including SDLT and Land registry work, drafting contract packs, digital dictation of correspondence and documents, proof-reading, managing diaries, preparing meeting papers, maintaining and updating records, form processing, filing, photocopying and scanning.
To be considered for this Conveyancing Legal Secretary opportunity, it is essential that you have at least 6 months' solid experience working in a Conveyancing department within a law firm.
You will also need excellent time management, organisational, communication and IT skills (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
