A Legal 500 firm based in Central London is keen to appoint an experienced Legal Secretary (2+ years experience) into their busy and successful conveyancing department.
The ideal candidate will be a bright and efficient Legal Secretary, with experience working in a conveyancing department. Your duties will include audio typing, answering the telephone, and dealing with clients, and you will have a proven track record of dealing with the following:
- Dealing with administrative exchange formalities completion and post-completion tasks
- Drafting financial statements and invoices
- Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms
- File opening & AML compliance
An approachable nature and great attention to detail are also essential characteristics, and you must enjoy working as part of a team.
