I am currently recruiting for one of the UK’s largest conveyancing law firms which is expanding nationally and looking for remote conveyancers to work from home. This firm is a specialist residential conveyancing firm that has perfected this process over its long and successful history.
They are now seeking experienced residential conveyancers who would like to work within a high performing, fast paced role, remotely from home. As an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions, focusing on client service and keeping in regular contact with clients, including estate agents and other solicitors.
There is no need for business development in this role – the work is already there for you!
To apply for this role, it is essential that you are accustomed to managing a large caseload of residential property files at any one time from start to finish, with very minimal support.
You will either be a Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive, or perhaps an unqualified Fee Earner with at least 3 years’ experience already.
In addition to the home working environment, there is also an annual bonus based on completion targets, compliance and customer service satisfaction.

You will get support from a dedicated enquiries team and post completions team where necessary.
