Job Description

This Top 200 firm is very well known for its work in the Defendant Personal Injury sector throughout the North West.

In order to continue the firm’s success in this area, a role has arisen for an experienced Recovery Litigator to join the team in their Bolton office.

You will be dealing with a range of matters but will primarily focus on the litigation element of the recovery process for maximising the financial recovery to the client. Candidates must have Part 7 litigation experience as the Litigation processes, and a good knowledge of the RTA experience.

A large bulk of the work will include reviewing, reporting and outlining strategy on new instructions, including identifying any technical issues with the file and how to handle it appropriately.
