Client Manager (Company Secretarial)

- Supervising and managing a portfolio of corporate UK clients ensuring that all the corporate aspects of their affairs are covered and delivered to the highest standard
- Developing client relationships within the UHNW/HNW market with particular attention to the Italian market
- Supervising the day-to-day activities (mainly in connection with client’s work) of the corporate clients and assisting in the management
- address broader matters such as organizing projects and leading initiatives
- Managing daily work volumes and transactions accurately, within established deadlines, and in accordance with existing policies and procedures
- Meeting with bankers and partners regularly to ensure service expectations are met
- Raising fee notes with credit control and supervising invoices before dispatch to clients

This would be ideally suited to an Italian speaker (although not essential) with trust/corporate services experience.
