A vacancy has arisen for a Legal Administration Assistant to join a top-tier international full-service law firm, based in the heart of Edinburgh city centre. You will be working within the business administration team supporting the solicitors and legal secretaries with general administration support.
**This role is a 12-month FTC*
You will be required to have previous administration experience ideally from a legal background or professional services.
Duties include opening files onto the case management system, collating initial information from clients and adding them to the relevant files, supporting the legal secretaries within the team, dealing with the post, answering the telephone, typing general correspondence, and liaising with clients.
