The firm acts for employers ranging from start-ups and SMEs to major national PLCs, as well as employees, including senior executives.
The firm is seeking to hire an experienced employment solicitor, at senior associate or partner level to join the existing team.
Your experience should include contentious matters such as disciplinary & grievance, unfair and wrongful dismissal, director exit negotiations and compromise agreements. Non-Contentious experience such as employee handbooks, contracts, EMI schemes, and TUPE will also be important.
