An opportunity within a market-leading firm, based at its central Leeds office, has become available for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to assist with a caseload of Residential Conveyancing Sale and Purchase Transactions.
This leading firm is seeking an individual with 6 months+ conveyancing assistant experience who is looking to join a diverse and innovative organisation.
The team is dedicated to providing a range of services to financial institutions and estate agents. These services include:
- Sale and purchase conveyancing
- Mortgage shortfall recoveries
You will be supporting a conveyancer to achieve conversion and customer service targets, providing excellent customer service to both customers and corporate clients.
You will handle administrative duties that will include:
- Electronic and paper file management
- Chasing customers, solicitors, estate agents and other third parties
- Chasing monies from lenders, customers and other solicitors
- Inputting and interpreting data
- Preparing, sending and checking legal documents
- Drafting contracts on sale transactions
