As a childcare solicitor in this firm, you will join a well-established department consisting of 6 Solicitors, a trainee, and 4 Legal Assistants, plus admin support who have a wealth of experience between them. Our client is ideally looking for somebody who can hit the ground running picking up a caseload of matters with limited support.
You must have at least five years’ experience working on a caseload of children matters representing parents and other family members involved in local authority cases. You must be approachable, dedicated, and empathetic towards your client’s needs.
Our client offers a collaborative and supportive environment along with a competitive salary, a generous percentage bonus of anything billed and paid above 3 x your gross salary. Holidays start at 25 days per annum plus Bank Holidays, and 1 extra day for each completed year of service capped at 30 days plus Bank Holidays.
