Professional Indemnity Associate

Sterling opportunity for an experienced professional indemnity solicitor to join the Newcastle office of this UK Top 50 practice.

You will join a team that offers the opportunity to handle a variety of claims arising out of professional negligence primarily in the legal, construction and financial services sectors. The work is frequently highly sensitive in nature and often concludes with landmark decisions.

You will manage your own caseload from day one and will have the opportunity to assist and be involved in highly complex cases.

At least 5 years professional indemnity experience is a prerequisite to be considered for this position. You will be able to demonstrate insurance litigation and policy coverage experience. Experience handling claims arising from legal and financial services professionals is advantageous.
