They are looking for a junior company commercial solicitor to join the expanding team in Taunton. You will either be a newly qualified solicitor or have up to 4 years PQE in this field.
Here you will be supported by an established team of energetic and enthusiastic company commercial lawyers, all with the common aim to grow the already busy department and provide an unrivaled service and level of advice to clients.
Your caseload will be broad and include assisting and advising on:
- Commercial contracts (general contracts, supply, distribution and franchise agreements, and terms and conditions)
- IP and IT matters
- Transactional corporate matters, M&A
- Business planning, support, and compliance
- Regulatory (including eCommerce Regulations)
- Protecting businesses and assets
- Company Secretarial matters
