Looking to hire an Employment Rights Solicitor, this firm has been commended for its employment work and due to continued growth, and is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Solicitor to join its team of dedicated professionals in its Leeds office to run a varied caseload of litigated and non-litigated Employment Rights cases. You will have the opportunity to manage employment advice and/or representation matters, such as, unfair dismissals, wage claims and settlement agreements claims, as well as a proportion of complicated matters (for example discrimination/TUPE).

This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Rights Lawyer who has at least 2 years’ experience conducting and managing Employment Rights cases. As an admitted solicitor or legal executive, you will be assessing and advising on the prospects of success and value of Employment Tribunal claims that come in through their dedicated Employment Advice Line. You will therefore have excellent knowledge of Employment Tribunal rules of procedure as well as the litigation process.
