Due to a planned and very exciting phase of expansion, we have a great opportunity for a recruitment trainer to join our Learning and Development Team. This role would suit someone looking for either a full-or part-time position.

Training and development are at the very core of our expansion plans, so we are now looking to add to our Learning and Development Team to meet the training needs of both our new and existing consultants.
Having experience of recruitment and/or training would be a distinct advantage for this role, however we are open to considering individuals with a business background who can demonstrate the enthusiasm and the abilities needed to write and deliver effective training and to command the buy in and respect of colleagues at all levels. You will of course get full training and support to develop your skills, and there is plenty of opportunity for future career growth.
Skills and Experience
Some but not all of the following experience will be needed:
- Experience in sales, recruitment or other ‘soft skills’ training
- Recruitment experience, either internal or agency
- Sales, commercial or professional services experience
- Some knowledge of law and /or the legal profession
Must have skills:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- MS office skills including PowerPoint
- Boundless energy and enthusiasm
- A creative and flexible mind
