An opportunity with a market leading firm, based at its central Leeds office, has become available for an experienced Conveyancer to handle purchase only transactions. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of Purchase transactions acting on behalf of the Lender. This firm is a leading provider of direct legal solutions to the housing market.
Home working is available for this role short-term; long-term the firm will be looking for someone to do both office and home based if possible.
This leading firm is seeking an individual with conveyancing experience (familiar with freehold and leasehold), who is able to champion excellence in transaction management and be responsible for managing a caseload of conveyancing purchase only transactions efficiently and effectively.
Duties will include:
- Managing a caseload of purchase only transactions acting on behalf of the Lender
- Title checking freehold and leasehold titles as a minimum
- Carrying out title checks and reviewing replies within the SLAs stipulated
- Responsible for authorising the borrower’s solicitor to exchange once you are satisfied that the title is acceptable
