I'm working with a long-standing client that is looking to recruit a residential conveyancer to join its existing property team at its Solihull office.
The role would suit a fee earner who is either junior qualified as a solicitor or CILEx, or non-qualified with the capacity to manage a caseload of sales, purchase and remortgage work.
The firm is a busy and well-regarded West Midlands practice that has widened its network of offices in recent years and now numbers several branch offices. They offer a mix of commercial and private client services and are noted for the general quality of work that they undertake across their specialisms.
Within the property department, a large proportion of the work is locally referred or repeat sales and purchase work, though they do also undertake some panel work from large national providers.
The role would best suit a fee earner who has sufficient experience and technical abilities to manage a caseload concerning the sales, purchase, remortgage and transfers of equity in respect of freehold and leasehold properties. There is full support - however, the expectation for the role is that you will be able to manage your caseload largely unsupervised.
