We are recruiting an HR Manager to work closely and collaboratively with our client's Financial Director and Managing Director.
You will be managing and developing the Human Resources department, ensuring, as a core function, that the firm is meeting both operational and strategic objectives.
This role is generalist and very varied, offering great exposure across Human Resources, so there will be diverse work focusing on running these in line with the firm's business objectives.
Duties of your role will include:
- Coordinating staff training sessions, seminars, and meetings for new hires
- Performing staff orientations and keeping staff records updated
- Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity
- Assisting with payroll by gathering all relevant information
