An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the close-knit, hybrid legal and governance team of rapidly evolving financial services company based in North Wales.
The main focus of the role is Board and committee meeting support, therefore recent experience of taking and submitting minutes is essential.
Other elements of the role you will ideally be familiar with include:
- Companies House filings
- Advising on matters of corporate governance
- Board effectiveness reviews
- Director induction and training
You will have the opportunity to work remotely, should this be your preference, with flexibility understood to be highly important in achieving a healthy work life balance, although semi-regular travel into the office in order to interact with the legal team will be required.
