In order to apply for this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you will be:
- A qualified Solicitor
- Able to show relevant experience handling your own caseload of commercial conveyancing
- 3 years of PQE
To succeed in your application, you will need to have experience in:
- Property Transfers
- Lease agreements
- Planning agreements
- Section 106 agreements
