Our client is a reputable Derbyshire based law firm seeking a conveyancing new business coordinator to join their department. This role involves managing new business enquiries for the conveyancing team and providing quotes when required. This would suit somebody with conveyancing knowledge who is seeking a new and exciting challenge.
Having placed several people with this client I am able to vouch for them being a family friendly, down to earth law firm that really can offer a fantastic and supportive working environment. They are now seeking a new business coordinator to assist the conveyancing team from the outset.
The role will involve, but will not be limited to, being the first point of contact for the conveyancing team, providing quotes, converting enquiries into appointments, updating spreadsheets and databases, producing performance figures, and engaging with the marketing manager as required.
Our client is looking for an individual with previous experience of working within a conveyancing role. You must be qualified to degree level although this does not have to necessarily be in law. You must be organised along with being tech savvy and most importantly you must have exceptional client care skills.
