A very well-regarded, multi-award winning law firm in Manchester is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor to join its Legal 500 ranked department.
You'll be joining the stand out offices in Manchester city centre which offers a variety of services to individuals and businesses. The firm prides itself for excellent service.
Your role as the Court of Protection Solicitor will be to work within a Legal 500 Tier 1 ranked private client department where you'll handle your own caseload of court of protection matters. You'll be working alongside a well-known team headed up by a leading Court of Protection Partner. You'll be given the exposure to quality work including high value and complex matters where deputyship or trustees are appointed.
To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified Court of Protection Solicitor (PQE level is circa 2 years PQE+). You'll have experience of handling your own files and/or assisting on the same. Those who have mixed private client experience including court of protection with a passion for this type of work will also be considered.
Your new role will see you dealing with a variety of COP work including but not limited to deputyship applications, employment issues with carers, investments of funds, buying and adapting property, deputy and attorney disputes etc.
