Senior Corporate Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has become available for a corporate solicitor (2 - 5 years') to join an established and well-regarded corporate team in Glasgow.

You will provide corporate advice to a broad range of both private and public sector clients regarding high-value matters. You will be involved in high quality work ranging from mergers and acquisitions, property-based investment work, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations.  

As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate experience of dealing with complex and challenging issues, as well as taking responsibility for managing your own workload. You will also have excellent drafting skills, allowing you to provide client advice that is well presented and tailored to their needs.
