A brilliant new opportunity has become available for an Employment Solicitor with a leading regional law firm with several offices across the Yorkshire region.
Based at their York office, the successful candidate will have 3+ years' PQE.
This highly recognised Employment Team has received a number of awards throughout the years.
The successful Employment Solicitor will be advising and representing businesses and individual clients on a whole range of employment law matters, including employment contracts, performance and absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures and all aspects of discrimination. Protecting businesses and their key personnel against potential claims, whether financial, reputational or personal, will also be a key part of the role.
Possessing strong client development and networking skills, applicants should be confident, self-motivated individuals with excellent IT skills. You will be provided with a full and varied caseload to cover the complete range of contentious and non-contentious Employment matters for both corporate and individual clients, whilst being excited at having the opportunity to join a very strong and close-knit team.
The department is relaxed, supportive and informal, but extremely professional. This is a truly outstanding opportunity for an Employment Solicitor who wants to join a leading L500 firm.
