Established over 50 years ago, our client is a growing 7 Partner high street law firm.
Based in central Abingdon, Oxfordshire, the firm is well known for providing quality legal advice to both commercial and private clients throughout the region.
The CQS Accredited Residential Property Department within the firm is thriving, with quality work being generated by the firm and its existing clients.
As part of its succession planning, the team is looking to appoint a residential property conveyancer (solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive) to join the buoyant team of 3 other fee earners.

The caseload includes sales and purchases, remortgages, equity release schemes, transfers of equity, matrimonial conveyancing and lease work.
This is a client-facing role and thus requires someone with aspirations to develop the Residential Department.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and friendly, have good academics and a minimum of 2 years' conveyancing experience in handling a broad caseload of property matters.
Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience, paying up to £45,000.
