Our client is a chambers listed Legal 200 law firm in Oxford. Due to the firms succession planning and expansion plans, they are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their Employment Department. Their clients include large corporates, small to medium size enterprises, and start-up businesses advising on a full range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
You will have experience with handling both contentious and non-contentious predominantly respondent-focused employment matters and conducting your own advocacy would also be a distinct advantage.
It is also essential that you have up-to-date knowledge of Employment legislation including TUPE and corporate support work.
This is a senior position and would suit applications 5+ years PQE and above who are interested in mentoring more junior members of the team. The role is based in Oxford with the flexibility to work some of the week from home.
