A rare opportunity for a Senior Property Lawyer has become available with this leading Leeds firm.
This role would particularly suit a Licenced Conveyancer/CILEX or qualified Solicitor with extensive knowledge and experience of dealing with technical legal property enquiries across a wide range of client lenders, including, but not limited to, shared ownership, lease extensions, non- standard restrictions, help to buy, transfers of equity, unregistered properties, non-standard leasehold issues and unusual title defects.
The main focus of this role will be to provide supervision to the Technical Lawyers in the Property Re-Finance Department.
The successful Senior Property Lawyer will provide legal advice and support to the Technical Lawyers on complex matters, liaising with internal and external parties (including client lenders, borrower’s and external lawyers) as required.
This role will focus on managing the Technical Lawyers with ongoing coaching, training and development, ensuring the workload is equitably distributed within the team to enable them to maximise their potential.
