We have an excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join the Employment and HR services team in a leading legal 100 firm in their Cardiff office on a maternity cover contract.
You will have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience with experience in dealing with a mixed caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters which are predominately acting on behalf of the respondent.
You will have a caseload ranging across; unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, TUPE transfers, redundancies, dismissals, contractual issues, settlement agreements, and HR policies & procedures.
