The ideal candidate will have around 12 months of experience as an employment paralegal, ideally gained within private practice, in-house or from within an HR-focused role. You will be assisting the team who advise both employers and employees on the full range of matters to include discrimination, disciplinary, TUPE and redundancies. You can expect a market rate salary and genuine prospects for progression to include training contract opportunities.
