An exciting opportunity has arisen for a legal secretary to join my client based in Newport on a permanent basis!
You will join the firms experienced, successful and supportive residential conveyancing department where you will provide legal secretarial support to the conveyancers within the department. Your key duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Audio copy typing
- Diary management
- Preparing and formatting documents
- Performing searches and dealing with The Land Registry
- Liaising with clients and third parties
In order to be considered for this position you must have previous experience working as a legal secretary within conveyancing, have excellent typing and IT skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines and as part of a team.
