The majority of the role is based around meeting management, and you will play an active part in ensuring Board meetings run smoothly by taking on the below tasks, among other things:
- Diary management
- Booking meetings
- Issuing board packs
- Writing corporate minutes
- Assisting with processing invoices and monitoring budgets
You will also have the opportunity to have a more hands on approach with other areas of cosec and governance work under the supervision of the Company Secretary, and there is scope to get involved in some exciting work due to the close-knit and collegiate nature of the team.
