A leading international law firm with a large UK presence is seeking an employment solicitor for its unique team, with a role that offers all the benefits of working in-house but with the full support and progression of a national practice.
The role would suit a 3 years PQE+ solicitor who would like to act for market-leading clients in the retail, leisure and aviation sector on a one-to-one basis without the pressure of billable hours and away from the standard private practice culture. You should have a broad base of employment experience, to include unfair dismissal and discrimination claims and particularly with experience in employment tribunal matters, but also HR advisory work.
The role will see you spend time working from home and out of the Milton Keynes office and will see you provide innovative and progressive solutions for the firm’s household name clients, which may also include time onsite/secondment. The firm can offer flexible working and a '9 to 5' type of environment, along with a market rate regional salary and full benefits.
