My client is an established law firm in Dorset that is looking for a multi-talented individual to join the team in this key placement. You will need to be able to take on the financial management of the firm with a good working knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
Your duties as a Practice Manager will include:
- Preparing and monitoring budgets
- Supervision of the accounts department overseeing day-to-day functions
- Implementing policies and assisting and advising the Members of the firm
- Regular weekly management meetings with the Partners
The ideal candidate for the role of Practice Manager will have relevant experience of working in Law firm management, a strong accountancy background, office administration skills, and an interest in driving the firm forward.
