One of the region’s most highly regarded Top Tier & Legal 500 ranked commercial law firms with offices across the UK and internationally has a rare opportunity for a passionate and confident Employment Solicitor (guideline 1-3 years PQE) to join its award-winning Commercial Employment team in Liverpool.
You'll be a qualified Solicitor (1-3 years PQE) with a background in Employment Law (ideally respondent employment matters). You'll be joining a vastly experienced team in Liverpool where you'll be dealing with high quality commercial Employment matters. You will be working closely with clients and be given the chance to build long standing client relationships. You'll work with a broad range of clients, from company owners and managers, HR professionals and in-house lawyers to public and private sector organisations etc on both contentious and non-contentious Employment matters.
Your new role will see you drafting various employment documents, maternity and paternity rights, discrimination, whistleblowing, employee relations issues, disciplinary matters and grievances, mediation, dismissals, redundancy, TUPE and employment tribunal claims. You'll work alongside Senior Employment Solicitors who will be on hand to provide support as and when necessary to ensure that you're providing the highest level of service to your clients.
You will be a confident and passionate Solicitor with a solid background in Employment law, either gained as part of your training contract or post qualification.
