Company Secretarial Advisor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced company secretarial professional to join a leading Professional Services provider.

This would be the ideal role for a Company Secretary who is confident managing a portfolio and has experience of being part of a client facing team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Routine compliance work such as maintenance of PSC registers and other statutory records
- Preparation of dividend vouchers
- Advising clients on technical company secretarial matters
- Company and LLP incorporation

You will ideally be at least part qualified via ICSA.
