A HR Manager is required for a leading Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Law Firm. The firm has 2 sites in London, this role being located on the edge of the City.
The firm is a well-known name in the London market and beyond. They have an outstanding reputation with many layers being regarded as leaders in their field.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in HR Management and ideally you will be CIPD qualified. The firm employ 100+ staff and you will be responsible for recruitment, managing employee relations, disciplinary matters, payroll, business performance, staff well-being, HR policies and specific project management.
To be considered for this London-based role, you will have:
- 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience of conducting & following the disciplinary procedure
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
