Opportunity with an award-winning Legal 500 firm looking for an Employment Solicitor to join its high performing team in Exeter.
You will be a solicitor from 1-5 years' PQE who wants to join a team that works on high value contentious and non-contentious work. You'll be providing expert advice to a range of clients, including employers and senior employees, dealing with high quality and high value work.
You will be operating at a junior-mid level or equivalent and will have relevant experience in employment matters and an interest in expanding and developing your practice and client base. This role would be suited to a solicitor who is a strong communicator and has the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Both Solicitors and Legal Executives with at least 1 years' experience will be considered.
Your caseload will include advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including settlement agreements, employment tribunals, general HR advice to businesses and employment support on corporate matters. Ideally you should have a strong employer focus.
