The firm advise with purchasing, selling, or leasing commercial property as an owner, tenant, investor, or developer. Due to continued expansion an opportunity has opened for a Commercial Property Solicitor.
This commercial property solicitor role can be based in either of the firm's three offices in central and south Oxfordshire. You will have experience in dealing with a broad range of commercial property matters, which include:
- Experience in commercial Landlord & Tenant work, acting for both Landlords and Tenants, and also acquisitions and disposals of commercial freehold and leasehold property
- Experience of development work, knowledge of development agreements, options, conditional contracts, overage, easements, and restrictive covenants
Remuneration is based on qualifications and experience and includes an attractive bonus structure and benefits package for the successful commercial property solicitor.
