My client based in Bromsgrove is looking to recruit an experienced legal secretary to join their residential conveyancing department on a full-time or part-time basis.
You will provide legal secretarial support to the conveyancing fee earners in the office where your key duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Audio copy typing
- Liaising with clients
- Preparing and formatting documents
- Performing searches using The Land Registry
- Key admin tasks
In order to be considered you must have at least 12 months+ experience working as a conveyancing secretary, have excellent typing skills and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
