KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Drafting company secretarial documents, including, but not limited to, board meetings, directors’ resolutions, and shareholder resolutions - Preparing and filing forms at Companies House (both electronically and on paper) - Preparing compliance diaries to ensure adequate monitoring of deadlines - Preparing and filing confirmation statements and accounts - Liaising with clients to ensure filings are completed accurately SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: - Confident use of Microsoft Office applications and IT in general - Experience working with Diligent Entities (formerly Blueprint) would be ideal - Knowledge of electronic filing of documents at Companies House would be an advantage Contact the company secretarial team today to avoid missing out!
