A new opportunity has arisen at an established, friendly firm in Esher for a residential conveyancing fee-earner (chartered legal executive, solicitor or licensed conveyancer will be considered).
The work is a full range of residential conveyancing and focus is with HNW properties in the local area, this firm has a solid foundation of referrers, and therefore this is not a business development role but will require strong client relationship skills.
Ideal candidates must be qualified and able to manage their own caseload with secretarial support, which is currently at approximately 40 - 50 files including, lease extensions, freehold enfranchisement transactions, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
The firm is well established in the local area, and they would like someone to join the team who enjoys being busy and enjoys client interaction.
