A chambers listed Legal 500 law firm, with two offices in the Thames Valley, is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join the current team in Reading.
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor, FILEx or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in dealing with a mix of Residential Property work including:
- Leasehold and freehold
- Sales and purchases
- New builds and plot sales
The firm is accredited by the Law Society with the Conveyancing Quality Scheme in recognition of the high levels of service, expertise and quality they provide to their residential property clients. You will be required to have a excellent IT and organisational skills and will be able to use a Case Management System.
