A private practice law firm in Oxford is seeking a conveyancer to join its residential property team.
Ideally you will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive and have a minimum or 4+ years conveyancing experience handling residential property transactions. The role will include residential sales and purchases, re-mortgaging, leasehold and freehold purchases, enfranchisement and lease extensions.
You will be working in a team of 2 others which is Partner lead with full administrative support accessible to you.
The firm is CQS accredited. The role requires the ideal candidate to have a can-do attitude and good commercial awareness for an opportunity to join a great firm.
