This reputed client is looking to recruit an additional solicitor to join their Employment team in Taunton.
You should either be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with between 3-8 years' PQE.
This is a broad role handling both contentious and non-contentious employment work. The contentious work is regularly complex, so you will have the opportunity to gain expertise on technically and strategically challenging employment matters.
In this role you will advise mainly on respondent matters, acting for mid-large corporate clients. This department have a strong national presence, but many of your clients will be South West based.
You will work alongside very knowledgeable solicitors and HR consultants. Although very busy with a steady flow of new and existing clients, if you want you can be involved in business development to include group meetings with corporate clients, and solicitors from other teams within the firm.

This firm have a fairly established agile working policy, so you can guarantee at least a day or 2 working from home per week, possibly more. Agile working is assigned on an individual basis to give you the best work life balance possible according to your own needs. There is no "one size fits all" here.
Full time preferred but potential for 4 days/week.
