A full service high street law firm with a history dating back nearly 100 years is seeking a residential conveyancing solicitor to take over an existing caseload of work.
The ideal solicitor or licensed conveyancer will have around 3-5 years experience of handling the sale, purchase, remortgage and transfer of equity on freehold, leasehold and new build property. The firm has long standing referral networks within the local community and local agents and you will play and active role in maintaining those levels of service and developing these further.
You will be given full support by the firm but also a high level of autonomy and can expect a market rate salary and good prospects.
